NATP will host a webinar on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. (CDT).

There is no cost to attend the event, but you must pre-register to receive the webinar link. You are welcome to invite your staff to view the webinar with you.

The link and instructions for joining the webinar will be emailed on Tuesday, April 27 to the email you provide during registration.

9:00 a.m.   Welcome

9:02 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.   Mobility Management Update, including a transit technology user panel
Bill Bivin will provide an update from the statewide mobility management team on current and future projects. There will also be a panel on transit technology. Several transit managers, who have participated in the process from procurement to implementation and daily use, will share their experiences and answer questions.

10:00 a.m. - 10:05 a.m.   Break

10:05 a.m. - 11:05 a.m.   Emotional Intelligence with Lona Smart, M.A., Revela
Explore the concept of emotional intelligence and its impact on career & relationship success.
Increase awareness of one’s emotions and identify steps to regulate them to improve relationships
Learn to recognize emotions of others and adjust your approach to work more effectively with others 

Lona Smart, M.A. shares her 20+ years of experience as a business coach, leader, and strategist to help you think about challenges you face in a different way. An Industrial/Organizational Psychologist who believes that everyone, including herself, is a work in progress. Her desire is to help people and organizations be the best versions of themselves and give each other a little grace.

11:10 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. NDOT Transit Update
Receive updates from NDOT Transit about funding, new reporting requirements and program management tips. Kari Ruse will also be available to answer questions.
