The Nebraska Association of Transportation Providers invites you to attend the 2022 March Workshop.
Join us on Tuesday, March 22, to hear Rob Lynch, the Training Coordinator for the North Dakota State University Small Urban and Rural Center on Mobility in Fargo, North Dakota.
Tools for the Manager's Toolbox
When managing the demands of a transit or mobility organization, there are many “tools” available to the transportation professional. During this workshop, we will discuss three important essentials to the Manager’s Toolbox: People Development, Ethics in the Workplace, and Emergency Management. Plan for an afternoon menu of organizational culture, leadership, HR best practices, hiring and retaining great transit employees, ethical dilemmas, with a side of emergencies, disasters and catastrophes. Be ready to participate with your best examples of the good and the bad.
On Wednesday, March 23, we will hear about transit technology, have round table discussions and have updates from Mobility Management, Nebraska Safety Center, and NDOT Transit.
